Centinela

Sobre la arena oscura de una playa abierta al viento, un perro observa en calma lo que no vemos. Nada se mueve salvo la espuma y el silencio. No hay huella humana, solo la figura solitaria que, sin dramatismo, sostiene el tiempo. Esta imagen no busca conmover, sino permanecer. Como si hubiese estado ahí mucho antes, y como si fuese a seguir estando, incluso cuando ya no miremos.

On the dark sand of a wind-swept beach, a dog watches calmly what remains unseen. Nothing moves except the foam and silence. There are no human traces—only a solitary figure holding time without drama. This image doesn’t seek to stir, but to endure. As if it had always been there, and might remain, even once we’ve stopped looking.
